2011 Winter Weather- Atlanta

Today is the fourth day of "snowmeggedon" as it is affectionately called on the news. What a mess. The snow is the least of our problems, it's the ice that is causing all the issues. It's everywhere and the city is just not equipped to clean it all up in a timely manor so we wait for the thaw to come. This thaw is predicted for Saturday (fingers crossed) but most Atlatians are fed up and will brave the roads today. From watching the news it appears that these road trips to work are challenging at best. Yet, I will brave them too, leaving for work in about two hours.....wish me luck! :)

Oh how I can't wait for spring and days like these!
